In Memory of Fiona Judith Moffatt

Fiona

Tragedy struck the Moffatt family early on Boxing Day, December 26, 2001. Fiona (nee Cope), and her husband, Mark, and their wonderful children, Aiden, Caleb, and Hannah were all involved in a car accident as they were doing their annual trip to visit Mark's father in Christchurch.

Fiona was tragically killed in the accident, and is now in heaven with her Saviour, Jesus.

All of you that know Fiona, know what a wonderful person and partner / friend / companion / lover / wife / neighbour that she was to Mark, and their three bubbly adored children, and to the people she came in contact with. She always had a smile, a kind word, and her generosity preceded her and infected you wherever she went. She always knew if you were sad or lonely, or needed someone to talk to, and was always willing to lend an ear, or give you a warm cuddle and pearls of wisdom. Those of you who didn't get a chance to know Fiona, you missed out!

Oh, we are going to miss you Fiona, but fortunately you have left behind to remind us of you, your loving husband, and of course your beautiful children, who thankfully through the grace of God, are alive and well.

Their families and friends are absolutely traumatised by this event, and are here to help Mark and the children with any thing that we can do to ease the pain.
