Ask us and our competitors the following: [ TOP ]
- 1. How many years has their house run 100% off the renewable energy products they or others sell?
- 2. How often do they upgrade their system at home, trying new inverters, batteries, controllers, light bulbs etc as they come on to the market? Have they really tested the products they sell in real life situations?
- 3. Do they personally know which brand of light bulbs, video players, washing machines work best with the brand and model of inverter they are selling to you? Or have they just read about some problems an American has written about in a magazine. Or have they learnt by one of their customers (maybe you?), complaining that x brand of washing machine won't run with their new inverter??
- 4. How many years has their office run 100% off renewable energy products they sell?
- 5. How many years have they been in this business, supporting and selling to all areas of the industry, from large commercial customers, architects, engineers, through to the just as important domestic user?
- 6. What is their personal background, do they have the necessary technical knowledge to answer your questions?
- 7. Can their dealer tailor your system to your exact requirements, to offer unbiased advice that is gained from solid theoretical & practical training? Is their training organised, and based on International Standards and experience, with NZ input to the different training modules?
- 8. Does their employees (or even themselves), also live in, or have past experience in living in, a renewable energy house, and therefore have their own first hand knowledge and experience.? Have a look at their local dealers power system. Is it neat and tidy, or does it have a distinct number 8 wire feel to it.... (fire hazard).
- 9. How often do their principal suppliers come out to NZ and visit & train them?
- 10. How often do they visit their principal suppliers overseas to get the latest information?
These are some of the reasons why we can supply you with un-biased, and experienced advice. We have learnt by experience and have listened to others. We only recommend the best - because we stand behind all products we recommend or sell. We know that you will become a long-term partner in our business; we know you want your system to last for decades - even half a century is not unreasonable. We know the extra money at first, is worth peace of mind, in the end.
